Where we ship

Free delivery across India on every order. Delivery availability can vary by PIN code and courier serviceability. If we cannot serve your address after an order is placed, we will contact you and arrange a suitable resolution.

Delivery estimates

Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer during festivals, sales, severe weather, public holidays, or in remote locations.

Order updates

Once your order is dispatched, we may send tracking information by email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide. Please ensure your phone number, email address, and delivery address are correct at checkout.

Address changes and missed deliveries

Contact us quickly if you need to change an address. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been dispatched. If delivery is missed, refused, or returned because the address or contact details were incorrect, any re-shipping cost may be payable by the customer.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

Please check your parcel when it arrives. For a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours with your order number and photos or an unpacking video. See our Refund Policy for the resolution process.
